ASRT Education & Research Foundation Scholarship Program
The American Society Of Radiologic Technologists is a membership association for medical imaging technologists and radiation therapists. The foundation offers several entry level and professional scholarships for those who want to pursue their studies in radiology
The German-Cahoon Student Scholarship Program: it is an entry level scholarship for students in radiography, sonography, magnetic resonanc or nuclear medicine program. Five students will receive this scholarship of $ 2,500 each.
The candidates interested in applying must be enrolled in an accredited radiologic science program with a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA or a B average in radiologic science courses.
Royce Osborn Minority Student Scholarship: Minority and entry level students in radiography, sonography, magnetic resonance or nuclear medicine are applicable.
Professional Advancement Scholarship: those who are pursuing any degree or certificate which will lead to a career in the radiological sciences profession.
Medical Imaging Educators Scholarship: students of medical imaging educator pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree are eligible to apply for this scholarship
Varian Radiation Therapy Student Scholarship: the scholarship is meant for entry level radiation therapy students, ASRT offer 19 scholarships for the students of $5,000 each. U.S Citizens, nationals or permanent residents with a minimum 3.0 GPA and who are enrolled in an accredited radiologic science programs are eligible.
Elekta Radiation Therapy Educators Program: those who are pursuing their studies in radiation therapy as bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree are eligible to apply.
